The service allows you to block any subscriber(including users of other mobile networks), calls and SMS from which are unpleasant for you for some reason. You decide how long the number will remain on the blacklist - you can add/delete it in a matter of seconds.
A blocked user will not be able to call you or write a message. The latter simply will not be sent, and when calls are made to your phone, an answering machine will be triggered with a standard notification phrase that the subscriber is unavailable.
The “black list” can be replenished by no more than 30 subscribers.
The service is working on all tariffs T barely2, with the exception of “Modem”, “M2M” and some corporate tariff plans.

How to activate
Conditions for activating the Black List (ES) service:
- The first connection occurs in automatic mode, you just have to add the first unwanted number to the list.
- Subsequent activation (if the option was deactivated, but there are numbers in the list) is carried out by dialing the USSD command *220*1#.
Activation of the service is also possible through the “Personal Account” on the Tele2 website.
How to add an unwanted subscriber to “Emergency”
To block an annoying subscriber, dial the following combination: *220*1*subscriber number#. The latter should be entered in 11-digit format, starting with the number eight. For example: *220*1*89511238855#
In response to your request, within a few minutes you will receive an SMS message notifying you that the service has been successfully activated, the specified subscriber has been blocked and will no longer bother you with calls and SMS.
For replenishing the “Emergency” with each new number, you will be charged 1.50 rubles.
In addition to phone numbers, you can also add sender namesSMS. To do this, send a message to number 220 with the following text: 1*SMS sender (for example: 1*Ivan). This is done in order to protect the subscriber from spam coming from numbers without numbers.
How to remove a subscriber from “Emergency”
- To “release” the number, dial the combination *220*0*subscriber number#, just like in the first case, it must be indicated through the “eight”.
- To remove an SMS recipient from the list, send a message to number 220 with the text “0*sender” (for example: 0*Ivan).
How to deactivate the option
The service is disabled automatically - with the last number removed from the list. Deactivate the option (if there are still numbers in the list) using the USSD command *220*0#. For disconnection, funds are not withdrawn from the account.
When the service is disabled, subscribers saved in the black list will remain there for 30 days, after which they will be automatically unblocked.
To fill out the list again, re-activate the service. You can check the presence of subscribers in the list using the short command *220#.
Viewing the list and calls from subscribers from “Emergency”
To view blocked numbers, send a USSD request *220#. Within a few minutes you will receive a message on your phone with the required information. The report is provided for free.
Tele2 also provides the opportunity to find out whether blocked users called you or not. To obtain such information, dial the USSD command *220*2#. The request is processed free of charge.
