Terms and Definitions

“Privilege Club “Your Home – Jewels”(hereinafter referred to as the “Program”) - means a relationship in which the Participant who purchases goods and/or services from the Operator and/or Partners using the Participant Card acquires the right to receive Privileges in accordance with these Rules.

“Privilege” is the opportunity to purchase goods and/or services of the Operator and/or Partners with financial or non-financial benefits. Privileges can be provided by the deferred discount method - the accrual of Bonuses to the Participant’s Account and the subsequent spending by the Participant of the accumulated Bonuses on goods and/or services of the Operator and/or Partners.

“Participant” is an individual admitted by the Operator to participate in accordance with these Rules and who is a Card holder.

“Operator” is a legal entity that has exclusive rights to manage and develop the Program and is a party to all transactions for the accumulation and write-off of Bonuses under the Program. The Operator may directly sell goods and/or services in respect of which Privileges are provided to Participants and/or Bonuses are accrued by the Operator under the Program. The operators of the Loyalty Program are KROTEX JSC and CROCUS JSC.

“Partners” - an organization or entrepreneur who sells goods and/or services on the territory of the Operator’s stores, in respect of which Privileges are provided to Participants and/or Bonuses are accrued by the Operator under the Program. When carrying out all actions related to the accumulation and use of Bonuses under the Program, Partners act within the framework of contracts and agreements concluded with the Operator.

"Membership Card"- Plastic Card containing a 16-digit number, a magnetic stripe and a PIN code under a protective layer or a Virtual Card in the “Your Home – Jewels” Mobile application, containing a QR code and a 16-digit number. The Participant's Card serves to identify the Participant in the Program when purchasing goods and/or services from the Operator and/or Partners. The Participant's Card allows the Participant to accumulate and write off Bonuses, receiving Privileges, in accordance with these Rules, and the Operator to track information regarding the accrual or write-off of Bonuses. The Member's Card is the property of the Operator and must be returned upon its first request.

“Mobile application “Your Home – Jewels”- software designed for mobile devices with the iOS and Android operating systems and serves for the convenience of accruing bonuses without presenting a plastic card, informing about accrued and debited bonuses, viewing purchase history, timely information about ongoing promotions and special offers, feedback from its owner.

“Member Card Status/Level”(hereinafter referred to as Card Status) – shows the Participant’s achievements in the Program during the period of his participation. Depending on the Status of the card, the amount of bonuses awarded and the conditions for providing Privileges are determined. The symbol of the Status is specified in clause 3 of these Rules.

"Participant's Bonus Account"(hereinafter referred to as the Bonus Account, Account) - an account opened by the Operator in its information system in the name of the Participant - the Card holder in accordance with these Rules. The account is maintained in Bonuses. One Card can be linked to one account. Bonuses are credited to the Member's Account and debited from the Member's Account when purchasing goods and/or services from the Operator and/or Partners using the Member's Card.

“Bonuses” are conventional units of account credited to the Bonus account of the Participant’s Card in accordance with the Rules. Bonuses do not have a cash value and do not provide the right to receive their cash equivalent. Bonuses are credited to the bonus account of the Participant's Card as a percentage equivalent of the cost of the purchased product and are an incentive for the Participant in the form of a deferred cumulative discount or bonus, if these bonuses are premium or welcome. The amount of accrued Bonuses can be used by the Participant to receive discounts on goods and/or services in accordance with these Rules.

1 accrued bonus is the equivalent of a monetary unit of 1 ruble, however, as indicated in the definition, the bonus does not have a cash value.

"Premium/Welcome Bonus"- conventional units of account credited to the bonus account of the Member’s Card as a bonus to stimulate sales and purchasing activity. Premium/Welcome Bonuses are not in cash and do not provide the right to receive their cash equivalent.

“Questionnaire” is a form issued by the Operator or on his behalf, which, when filled out by an individual, is a statement of such person’s intention to become a Participant (Card holder) and confirms the Participant’s agreement with all the rules of the Program. The questionnaire can be provided to an individual in paper or electronic form on the Program website or in the Mobile application. Filling out the Questionnaire is also considered sending an SMS of personal data according to the established template to the short number 9009 for the purpose of registration in the Program.

“Notification” - Information, including advertising content, transmitted to the Participant via one or more means (methods) of communication specified by him in the Questionnaire: mobile phone, home phone, email address, postal address or other means.

"Your Home" stores- stores operating under the trademark “YOUR HOME”, located at the following addresses:

    Club membership (participation in the Program)

    These Rules of the “Your Home – Jewels” Privilege Club (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) determine the conditions for the cardholder’s participation in the “Your Home – Jewels” Privilege Club on the territory of the Russian Federation.

    1. Only individuals over eighteen years of age are eligible to participate in the Program.

      To receive a plastic card, the client must make a purchase at the checkout for an amount of at least 2,000 rubles.

      To receive a Virtual Card, the client must register in the Program - leave his contact information using a mobile application installed on his smartphone with the iOS or Android operating system.

      It is possible to become a full participant in the Program by entering data into the system, filling out the Questionnaire form and confirming personal data at any “Your Home” Service Center, by presenting an identification document

      Until the employees of the “Your Home” Service Center confirm your personal data in the Program, the card payment function is blocked. The card can only be used to accumulate bonus points.

      A person who wishes to become a Member and issue a Card from August 3, 2017 is required to make a one-time purchase in any “Your House” store for at least 2,000 rubles, receive the Card from the cashier at the checkout of the “Your House” store and then register in the Program , by filling out the Questionnaire in the form established by the Operator. When registering, the participant must provide information that must subsequently be confirmed by identification documents of the bonus card holder.

      Registration can be done in one of the following ways:

      Fill out the form yourself in your personal account on the website

      Complete a short SMS registration by sending your card number, PIN code (erase the protective layer), name, date of birth, gender from your smartphone to the short number 9009, separating the words with asterisks without spaces, as in the example.

      Register in the Mobile application. This will allow the Participant to store the card in his smartphone, always see the bonus balance, the history of his purchases, view individual offers and news, when it is convenient for him.

      When registering on the website or in the Mobile application, the following must be indicated:

      • Full name of the Participant;
      • Date of Birth;
      • Cell phone number;
      • Email address (e-mail).
    2. For a short SMS registration, the following must be indicated separated by an asterisk without spaces:

      • card number,
      • Card PIN code (under the protective layer on the card),
      • Participant's name,
      • date of birth of the Participant,
      • Participant's gender
    3. When specifying a mobile phone in the Application Form, the Participant receives an activation code, which must be entered on the Internet at www.site to confirm the registration of the Program Participant Card.

      During a short SMS registration, in response to a message sent by the Participant to the short number 9009, he receives an SMS with his login and password, which the Participant must use to log into his personal account on the website.

      By submitting your data to the Program Operator during registration by filling out the Questionnaire using one of the methods specified in clause 1.2. of these Rules and having received the Participant Card, the Participant confirms that he is familiar with these Rules, expresses his unconditional agreement with these Rules and undertakes to comply with them.

      Only one Membership Card can be issued for one individual. When several Membership Cards are issued to the same person (except for replacing the Membership Card in case of loss or theft), such duplicate Membership Cards are blocked and Bonuses are not accrued on them.

      The Participant is obliged to immediately notify the Operator of a change in the address or other data specified by him when registering in the Program by contacting the store’s Service Center.

      Responsibility for the safety of the Card and restriction of the Participant’s Card from unauthorized access by unauthorized persons lies with the Participant. The Operator is not responsible for unauthorized use of the Member Card.

      The Operator has the right to terminate the participation in the Program of any Participant without notice for any reason, including, but not limited to, if the Participant:

      1. Does not comply with these Rules;
      2. Abuses any Privileges provided to the Participant under the Program;
      3. Provides misleading or incorrect information to the Operator;
      4. Does not carry out transactions using the Card for 18 months.
    4. The Participant has the right to terminate his participation in the Program at any time by sending a written notice of termination of participation to the Operator from the Service Center counter.

      Member Cards are not credit or payment Cards.

      The Participant undertakes to independently monitor the information on the receipt, in his personal account, in the Mobile application, containing information about accumulated Bonuses and other information of the Program. If the Participant notices a discrepancy between the information and the actual data - personal data is incorrectly indicated, errors in the accrual/write-off of Bonuses, etc., the Participant must, no later than within 24 hours from the moment the discrepancy is discovered, report this to the Program hotline to block the card until clarification reasons. Hotline number 8-800-333-66-92. And also contact the Service Center to make changes to your personal data/replace the card.

      In cases of termination of participation in the Program at the initiative of the Operator (clause 1.11 of these Rules) or the Participant (clause 1.12 of these Rules), the Operator marks the Participant’s contact information in the database as closed after 12 (twelve months) from the date of termination of use of the Card for accrual of bonuses The Participant’s Bonuses are canceled, and after 18 (eighteen) months for the “Malachite” card level from the date of termination of the use of the Participant’s Card for accrual of bonuses, the Participant’s contact information is deleted from the Program information system.

      By agreeing to the Rules, the Participant agrees to receive Notifications from the Operator provided for in these Rules, but reserves the right to refuse advertising notifications in one of the following ways:

    1. Basic rule: for any purchases in the Operator’s network, the Program Participant is awarded a basic amount of Bonuses from 1% to 6% of the purchase price, depending on the status of the card.

      Double bonuses are awarded next month if the conditions for the amount of purchases in the current month are met. For example, if a Participant has a card with the Malachite status, and he made purchases in the month of April in the amount of 20,000 rubles, then in May, when making purchases from the operator, the Participant will be awarded double bonuses, that is, 2% instead of the base accrual of 1%. If in May the Participant also makes purchases worth at least 20,000 rubles, then in June he will continue to receive double bonuses of 2%. If in June the amount of the Participant’s purchases is less than 20,000 rubles, then in July the basic rule for accruing bonuses of 1% will work for purchases, and the double accrual will not work.

      Additional rules: determined by the Operator and posted on the Program website for the purpose of informing Participants.

      From 08/03/2017 to 04/16/2018, welcome bonuses in the amount of 500 bonuses with a validity period of 28 days will be credited to the Participant’s Card only after full registration in the Program by filling out the registration form in your personal account on the website www.site, in the Mobile application or by short SMS – registration. If the welcome bonuses are not claimed by the Participant within 28 days, they will expire. From September 13, 2017, welcome bonuses are not awarded when registering a virtual card without indicating the number of the existing plastic card. All welcome bonuses awarded for registering a virtual card without indicating the plastic card number before September 13, 2017 are subject to expiration.

      Bonuses for purchases in the online store are awarded within 21 business days after payment for the order, provided that the participant’s email address matches the email address specified when registering the bonus card. If the Participant has a birthday during the specified period, he must inform the Operator about this when placing an order. Otherwise, birthday bonuses will not be awarded and complaints about non-accrual of bonuses will not be accepted. The purchase amount made in the online store is not taken into account by the system to revise the loyalty card level towards its increase. For purchases in the online store, only bonuses are awarded without upgrading the card level.

      Bonuses are not credited to the Member’s card when purchasing alcohol, tobacco and tobacco products, as well as when purchasing “Your Home” gift cards and for the check amount paid with bonuses.

      Registration of several cards by a Member for one mobile phone number or one email address is prohibited.

      If the Participant takes part in special offers and promotions of the Program in order to receive additional Bonuses, the Participant will be credited with bonuses on the card according to the principle: “Which is more” from several valid offers. For example, if a Participant has a birthday and he made a purchase from the Operator within 7 days before or 7 days after his birthday, then for this purchase he will be awarded 10% bonuses, according to the terms of the program, and the basic rule or doubling of bonuses will not work., because base % / doubling can add a smaller % to the accrual.

  3. Status (level) of the Member's card

    1. The Program provides for four statuses of the Participant's Club Card, depending on which the conditions for the provision of Privileges are determined. The status of a Member's card is determined by the amount of purchases with the Card made in cash and/or by bank transfer (excluding payment with bonuses) for a period of no more than 12 months and is assigned regardless of the design of the Card. Every 1st day of the month, the accounting bonus system checks the total balance of the Card in order to change the status of the card. If, in a reporting period not exceeding 12 months, the amount of purchases on the Card exceeded the required threshold for moving to the next level in accordance with clauses 4.1.1., 4.1.2, 4.1.3 and 4.1.4, then the status of the Member’s card is automatically increased to the next level, the Participant receives a notification by phone and/or email, in which it is proposed to replace the Card with a Card of an increased level. If the replacement does not occur, then the accruals on the Card are subject to the conditions of the increased level, however, the receipt of privileges requiring the presentation of an increased level Card is not made and claims from the Participant are not accepted.

      1. The Malachite card status is assigned to the Card upon the first purchase with the Card for an amount of at least 2,000 rubles in one receipt and for the amount of purchases up to 100,000 rubles inclusive, made over a period of 12 months. In case of no purchases within 18 months from the date of the last purchase, the level card Malachite becomes an obsolete card and is blocked from accruing and debiting bonuses. At the same time, the personal account of the card is deleted with the complete burning of bonuses and the accrued amount.
      2. Sapphire status is assigned to the Card for a one-time purchase of more than 100,000 rubles to 500,000 rubles or for a purchase amount of 100,001 to 500,000 rubles for a period of no more than 12 months. The status is assigned on the 1st day of the month following the month in which the threshold required for transition to an elevated status was reached. Upon reaching this threshold, the Participant has the right to exchange the Malachite Status Card for a Sapphire Status Card of the appropriate design at the Service Center while maintaining the bonus balance. The Sapphire level card does not have an expiration period and is unlimited within the framework of this loyalty program.
      3. Ruby status is assigned to the Card for a one-time purchase of over 500,000 rubles to 1,000,000 rubles or for a purchase amount from 500,001 to 1,000,000 rubles over a period of no more than 12 months. The status is assigned on the 1st day of the month following the month in which the threshold required for transition to an elevated status was reached. Upon reaching this threshold, the Participant has the right to exchange the Sapphire Status Card for a Ruby Status Card of the appropriate design at the Service Center while maintaining the bonus balance. The Ruby level card does not have an expiration period and is valid indefinitely within the framework of this loyalty program.
      4. Diamond status is assigned to the Card for a one-time purchase of more than 1,000,000 rubles or for a purchase amount of 1,000,001 rubles or more over a period of no more than 12 months. The status is assigned on the 1st day of the month following the month in which the threshold required for transition to an elevated status was reached. Upon reaching this threshold, the Participant has the right to exchange the Ruby Status Card for a Diamond Status Card of the appropriate design at the Service Center while maintaining the bonus balance. The Diamond level card has no expiration period and is valid indefinitely as part of this loyalty program.
      5. Cards participating in the Program before August 1, 2017 are equal to the status that corresponds to the amount of purchases made with the Card for a period of no more than 12 months from the date of the first purchase to July 2, 2017. The system checks the amount of purchases every month for compliance with the status. For example, the Participant made his first purchase in January 2016 and in December 2016 the amount of his purchases amounted to 99 thousand rubles. As of December 2016, the status of his card is Malachite. After a month, the system will again check the amount of the Participant’s purchases, taking the next period of time for verification - from February 2016 to January 2017. If during this period the purchase amount was at least 100,001 rubles, then the Participant will be assigned the Sapphire status. The card status once assigned to a Participant cannot be downgraded.
    2. The higher the amount of the Member’s purchases, the higher the status of his Card, and the more privileges the Member receives in the Club. The list of Privileges for each Card status is presented in the table below.

      Depending on the card status, the Participant is provided with additional Privileges in the form of free services.

      1. The service of informing about the bonus balance, warning about the expiration of bonuses, etc. is provided to owners of all levels of cards free of charge, provided that the Participant has correctly registered the card in one of the three ways described in clause 1.2. of these Rules
      2. The “Personal Manager” service is provided free of charge for Members with Ruby and Diamond card status. The service includes the provision of a personal sales consultant and “dedicated” service on the “hotline”. If a Member with Ruby or Diamond status wishes to use the service of a sales consultant, he must inform the Service Center about his desire. A sales consultant will help you quickly find the products you need, advise on the advantages of a particular brand, and help organize delivery (if necessary).

        When contacting the Call Center by phone registered in the system, the call of a subscriber with the Ruby and Diamond status is transferred to an operator of a higher category, who is authorized to assist in resolving his issues

      3. The “Free Delivery” service is provided to registered Members with Ruby status – up to 1 (one) time per month and with Diamond status – up to 2 (two) times per month.

        Registration of a free service takes place at the Service Center upon presentation of a card of the appropriate level and an identity document of its owner. The card must be registered to its bearer.

        The service includes delivery on time with an error (+/- 1 hour) within Moscow and the Moscow region of goods purchased in hypermarkets in Moscow and the Moscow region, and within the city of Voronezh for purchases purchased on the territory of the Voronezh hypermarket.

        The service does not include unloading goods from the vehicle, lifting them to the floor and other work. If these works are necessary, they are reported when placing an order and payment for them is made at the appropriate rates.

        For idle time of a vehicle with cargo, when unloading cannot be done due to the Participant’s fault, the Participant shall pay at the appropriate rates for each hour of idle time.

        The service does not apply to purchases made through the online store.

      4. The “Free Dry Cleaning” service is provided to registered Members with Rubin card status – in the amount of up to 1,000 (one thousand) rubles and with Diamond status – in the amount of up to 1,500 (one thousand five hundred) rubles. The service includes free dry cleaning of one item of clothing, within the established amount, no more than once a month. The item of clothing does not include bags, hats and accessories. Before receiving this service, the cardholder must determine the location of the Dry Cleaner closest to him (not present in all “Your House” hypermarkets) and familiarize himself with the list of services provided on the website in the “More bonuses” section and/or in the mobile application in the “Bonuses” section . To receive this service, you must present to the Dry Cleaning operator a card of the appropriate level, registered in the name of its bearer, and the bearer’s identification card before placing an order.
      5. The “Free shoe repair” service is provided at the House of Public Services to registered Participants with Diamond card status and applies to the repair of no more than 1 pair of shoes no more than once a month. Before receiving this service, the Participant must determine the location of the House of Public Service closest to him (not present in all hypermarkets) and familiarize himself with the list of services provided on the website in the “More bonuses” section or in the mobile application in the “Bonuses” section. To receive this service, you must present a card of the appropriate level, registered to its bearer, and the bearer's identity card before placing an order.
      6. The “Free measurement visit” service is provided to Participants with Ruby and Diamond card status when ordering from the DECORA Textile Design Studio. The service includes the visit of a measurer to the place and time specified by the Participant within Moscow and the Moscow region (when ordering in the Operator’s stores with the exception of the Voronezh branch), taking the dimensions of the surfaces involved in the order. Before receiving this service, the Participant must determine the location of the nearest DECORA studio (not present in all hypermarkets) on the website in the “More bonuses” section or in the mobile application in the “Bonuses” section. To receive the service, you must present a card of the appropriate level before placing your order.
      7. The “Free designer visit” service is provided to Participants with Diamond card status when ordering from the DECORA Textile Design Studio. The service includes a designer’s visit to the place and time specified by the Participant within Moscow and the Moscow region (when ordering in the Operator’s stores with the exception of the Voronezh branch), inspection of the surfaces involved in the order, selection of textiles according to color and composition, development of a sketch of the order and its approval with the customer. Before receiving this service, the Participant must determine the location of the nearest DECORA studio (not present in all hypermarkets) on the website in the “More bonuses” section or in the mobile application in the “Bonuses” section. To receive the service, you must present a card of the appropriate level, registered in the name of its bearer, and the bearer's identity card before placing an order.
      8. The Operator reserves the right to provide, at its discretion, other Privileges to Participants with a certain card status that do not contradict the Operator’s internal marketing policy.

      The Operator reserves the right to expand the list of Participant statuses. If the Operator expands the list of Participant statuses, the Operator places the relevant information on the website.

      The Operator reserves the right to replace the Card, including in the event of a change in the Member’s status. If the Operator intends to replace the Card for the Participant, the Card is replaced in the following order:

      1. The Operator sends a Notification of the need to replace the Card to the email address or informs the Participant’s contact phone number specified in the Application for Participation.
      2. The participant comes to the Service Center at a time convenient for him and informs about his intention to replace the card, presents an identification document, the details of which coincide with the data specified in the Questionnaire during registration.
      3. The Service Center operator carries out the replacement, guided by the Instructions for replacing the card.
      4. When the Participant receives a new Card, the old Card is returned to the Operator and cannot be used by the Participant under the Program.
    4. The procedure for writing off Bonuses

      1. A Participant who has accumulated Bonuses on his Account has the right to receive a Privilege with the simultaneous debiting of Bonuses from the Participant’s Account in accordance with these Rules.

        Receiving Privileges with the simultaneous debiting of Bonuses from the Participant’s Account becomes available after entering the personal data of the Program Participant into the Operator’s electronic database and subsequent confirmation of personal data at any “Your Home” Service Center, by presenting an identification document of the bearer.

        If the Participant does not fill out the Questionnaire, or fills it out incorrectly and does not confirm the personal data at the Service Center, receiving Privileges with the simultaneous debiting of Bonuses from the Participant’s Account will not be available.

        To write off Bonuses, the Participant must notify the Partner and/or Operator when the Operator and/or Partner sells goods and/or services for which Bonuses are written off under the Program, immediately before making a purchase or receiving a service that the purchase of goods or services are also accompanied by a transaction within the Program by presenting a plastic Participant Card at the cash register terminal and informing the cashier of your desire to pay with Bonuses. Payment for purchases with bonuses using a virtual card through a mobile application is not available from 12/29/2017 to 05/03/2018 at all checkouts of the Tvoy Dom hypermarket chain. From 02/19/2018, payment for purchases with bonuses at the box office of Box City Crocus City, “Your House Express” Crocus City, “Cafe Your House” Mytishchi and “Tobacco kiosk Your House” Mytishchi using plastic cards “Your House - Jewelry” and virtual cards is not available . At these cash desks, only bonuses are accrued.

        The number of Bonuses for the Privilege requested by the Participant will be debited from the Participant's Account before receiving the Privilege, with Bonuses accrued earlier being debited first.

        When returning a product, the Bonuses accrued upon its purchase are debited from the Participant's Account.

        All Bonuses not used by the Participant to receive the Privilege within 12 months from the moment they are credited to the Participant’s Account are considered expired and will be debited from the Participant’s Account unconditionally.

    6. Blocking and replacing a card

      1. If the Member loses the Card, he must call the Program hotline: 8-800-333-66-92 and report the loss to initiate blocking of the card until the reasons are clarified.

        The lost Card is blocked. A participant can receive a new card at the “Your House” Service Center and “link” it to an existing Bonus account in order to use previously accumulated Bonuses. If the data specified in the identification document does not correspond with the data specified in the Application Form, the Card is subject to confiscation.

        If, after the Operator received a statement about the loss of the Participant’s Card, Bonuses were debited from the Participant’s Account, the Operator undertakes to restore them.

        All Bonuses written off before the Participant contacted the hotline: 8-800-333-66-92 cannot be restored.

        The Operator has the right to block the Card and the corresponding Bonus account in the event of suspicious activity on the card or violation of the terms of the Loyalty Program by the Card owner without giving reasons.

        The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Card without explanation if the required fields in the Participant's application form were filled in incorrectly.

        The Malachite level card is blocked from accruing and debiting bonuses if 18 months have passed since the date of the last purchase. Your personal card account and purchase history are deleted.
