Hello everyone, dear readers. Today, by popular demand, I have made a selection of games for the Android and iOS operating systems that can be played over a local network. By local network I mean the connection of two mobile devices via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth or other methods. Sometimes it's more fun to play a mobile game with a friend. So let's go.

In fifth place in today's selection, I put a good game called BADLAND. This toy is one of the highest quality side-scrollers I've seen on Android and iOS. Great graphics, crazy levels in every sense of the word, gloomy atmosphere and unique music make this game truly one of the best in this genre. In the game, you need to control a black ball, or something similar to a ball, to successfully pass all the obstacles and solve all the puzzles.

The game features multiplayer for four players. The task of each player is to complete a given level as quickly as possible, leaving their opponents behind. There is no cooperative, only tough confrontation.

The fourth place in this selection is occupied by another game with the ability to play over a local network - RIPTIDE GP. This game is a race on unique futuristic jet skis along dangerous and winding routes. In the game you will have a wide opportunity to upgrade and modify your jet ski in every possible way, as well as perform various mind-blowing and difficult tricks on it. If you don't like the old buy, you can purchase one of the new ones at any time.

The game has a single-player mode, as well as, what interests us more, multiplayer, in which up to four players can compete simultaneously over a local network.

An honorable third place goes to a game whose name you most likely know well. I already reviewed this game once and received comments like - a noob talks about terraria and the like. Therefore, I will not repeat past mistakes and will simply, in a few words, tell you about the multiplayer in this game. Everything that players value so much in sandbox genre toys, namely: a huge number of enemies, bosses, the ability to craft and, of course, the desire to survive is present in multiplayer.

All this can be experienced in the game with your friends over a local Wi-Fi network. Up to four players can play the game at the same time. It seems to me that the toy is perfect for spending time with friends.

Second place in our TOP is occupied by another good toy with the ability to play over a local network called SKY GAMBLERS. In this toy you will find realistic and spectacular air battles from the Second World War. What can we say – the graphics in this game are really impressive, not to mention the various weather effects, damage effects, explosions and other gaming delights. In SKY GAMBLERS: STORM RAIDERS you will find a large number of different combat vehicles for every taste and color.

The game includes a multiplayer mode, in which you can play over a local Wi-Fi network with your friends. The mode can be either cooperative or competitive.

And finally, first place goes to the game that some actually expected to see here. The first place is undoubtedly occupied by the game - MINECRAFT PE. I think it's pointless to say anything about this game. I think you know everything about her much better than me. Let me just say that MINECRAFT PE on Android and iOS contains a multiplayer mode in which you can create a local Wi-Fi service and enjoy this toy with your friends.

Well, here you can bring all your bold construction fantasies to life.

These are the games for Android and iOS. If you have something to say about this, you can express your opinion in the comments to this post. See you in the next materials.

Game process

The player will have to compete in his career or with real opponents for the title of better motorcycle racer. To add your friend, you also need to use a Google account. After entering the multiplayer menu, the game will begin to load a list of friends who also installed it on their device. Otherwise, a random opponent is chosen to compete with people.

What distinguishes motorcycle racing is not the graphics, which can hardly be called excellent. Its peculiarity is realistic physics while driving. Along the way there will be smooth and sharp hills and descents, as well as jumps. The most difficult work lies ahead of them - it is necessary to adjust the inclination of the front and rear parts of the motorcycle in order to correctly pass the dangerous section. A fall can cost you a victory, otherwise you'll just have to hope for your opponent's mistake.

To increase your chances, you need to buy new vehicles or improve existing ones. Additionally, it is possible to paint and add a number or emoji icons to the bike.

Greetings to all. I’ll start right away with a question: was there a situation when you and your friend or girlfriend (or vice versa) went far from home and you simply had nothing to do? On the train, on a hike, or somewhere else? And at the same time, you absolutely did not know that you could play together on your mobile devices. But now all smartphones have iOS or Android systems, and a lot of games are released for them that you can play with a friend. Chess and cards quickly get boring, and the Android or iOS phone lies in your pocket and thinks: “Damn, how come they didn’t think of playing mobile phones together?!” So that you know what to do in such moments, you can check out my list of games for two. I think I'll split it into several parts. Let's begin.

The best games for two on Android or iOS

Dots: A Game About Connecting

By connecting circles of the same color using vertical and horizontal lines, you remove them, thereby moving the balls from top to bottom. You can connect as many balls as you want, but you cannot advance the line diagonally. The game has multiplayer, which allows two or more players to play on the same device. Half an hour or an hour will do just fine, no doubt about it.

2 Player Reactor

There are just a ton of games of this type on the mobile market, and the links below will contain only the most sane versions in my opinion. In 2 Player Reactor everything is very simple: you have to respond very quickly to the questions asked and click (or not click) the “Yes” button. Some games of this genre even allow four players to play, but this is rare. It's really a lot of fun and it's not hard to find a game like this.

Asura Cross

This is a fighting game, which, oddly enough, you can play with a friend. Moreover, both on one device and via Bluetooth. Of course, in Asura Cross has the opportunity to play alone, going through a company or just fighting with someone, but it’s always more interesting with another person! It will last for a long time, since fighting games with friends always take you into some other world for a long time.

Loot and Scoot

Loot and Scoot is based on a fairly popular board game (Not in Russia, of course, we don’t see such fun), in which you have to explore dungeons with the help of your group, which you create at the very beginning. Since this is a board game, it can easily be played with friends (two to four people). You are not responsible for the battle, since you obviously won’t be able to roll dice, but you can choose equipment for your heroes, improve old heroes, and so on.

Find Something

In this game you will have to look for objects that will simply lie in an enormous pile of trash and other garbage that will bother you. Having chosen a hero to your liking, you can search for things together with a friend. For them you will receive experience and money, improving your skills for them. You can also play with people all over the world if you complete the campaign, which is also good. Find Something is crazy. The drawing alone makes me perplexed.

Hexxagon

These types of games are very fun when played with another person. The rules are as follows: you need to place your chips on the field, capturing it. If you place a piece next to an enemy, you will recruit all nearby enemy pieces. There are no restrictions, you can place “warriors” anywhere on the field. Only a well-honed strategy will help you win. These games often have many different fields, which makes them replayable.

Pocket Tanks

Oh, how old is this game? All of us in the distant nineties and two thousand played this with our friends and had tons of fun. All you need to do is take turns with a friend to select shells, after which you will be taken to the field with the selected weapon and will throw it at your opponent. Each projectile has only one use, the one who earns the most points wins. Just tons of fun, I promise.

CHESS MASTER 2014

Chess definitely had to be on this list. This is a really old and good game that can be played both on mobile phones and in real life. It, just like other games for two people, delivers a lot of pleasant sensations. I think that I don’t have to explain the rules to you, I’ll just show you the latest version for lovers of innovation and nice graphics.

Any gamer sooner or later gets tired of competing with the computer. In this case, games that have a multiplayer mode come to the rescue. At the same time, you can play not only online with people from any part of the world, but also with a friend sitting in the next chair. Such games allow you to create a shared world via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. Let's consider.

Gameplay/Gameplay

A toy with 8-bit graphics but a rather unique meaning. To win, you need to throw the enemy's car off the pedestal or jump onto his roof. At the same time, you need to manage to avoid getting run over and overturning your car. These are a kind of fights, only here you don’t need to wave your arms and know the tricks.

At the bottom of the main screen there are 2 buttons - 1P and 2P. The first is for normal independent play. Clicking on the second one opens a new window where you can select one of the modes:

  1. Local multiplayer - in this case, two people can play simultaneously on one device. It is suitable for those phones that support multiple touches. At the same time, you can afford to play without the Internet.
  2. Multiplayer over Wi-Fi - the game will start immediately provided that both players are connected to the same router.

Advantages and disadvantages

Among the advantages I would like to note:

  • You can download the game for Android for free;
  • the game is available without an Internet connection;
  • management is very simple;
  • completely Russified.

The only downside is the graphics.

Results

In the Play Market you can find a large number of games of various genres, which you don’t have to play alone or with a person on the other side of the world. Whether you like racing, fighting or gambling, multiplayer on Android via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth is a very good way to spend leisure time with friends.

The Android gaming market is steadily growing and developing, becoming better and better. Previously, we were limited to simple puzzles that only allowed us to share the results with our friends on Facebook. Multiplayer games as a designation were only used due to the presence of a leaderboard. Android today offers tons of games that actually support multiplayer, including co-op and real-time PvP. If you're looking for something you can play with your friends, here are the 15 best multiplayer games on Android!

It's a lot of fun and comes with things like Google Play Games. The only caveat is that the app's game formation strategy is a bit aggressive, which may irritate some people.
