The perfect app for planning your day! Now all my planned tasks are clear. Life just got better thanks to any.do. After downloading, I became organized and started to keep up with everything. It's amazing that a simple utility on your phone can change your lifestyle so dramatically

When adding tasks, it slows down, which makes using it unpleasant. 6S Have sent screencast and technical details to customer service.

  • Terrible update

    From Guzelk@

After the last update it became impossible to use. All the charm and convenience is gone. The calendar view is not customizable; tasks are no longer reflected in it as blue dots. The list of tasks has become terribly inconvenient.

  • What kind of price is so wild?

    From Danielpolitis

799 rubles a month, aren’t you swollen with such a price?)) this is rare savagery!! What a scam, on your website the price is $2.99 per month, in the appstore it’s 169 rubles, and in the app it’s 799 rubles. You're not yourself at all, you scammers

  • What the?

    From Vasya locksmith

It is very annoying when the application sends its notifications on days when nothing is scheduled. From this I figured out how the standard Calendar works in iOS and began to use it. In general, it's forgotten.

  • Takes a lot of time...

    From RR.Feedback

I used this application for 2 years, it was still premium on Android, everything was fine. Now I installed the regular version on iOS, it’s some kind of *there should be a curse word here*. Everything seems to be the same, but: The name of the task changes every other time (either it remains the same, or it is saved by letter) + often, when it changes, the name of a nearby task changes to the same one. Further, when you delete a task, although it is not recurring, it appears again. When transferring a task to another day or changing places, it often jumps and returns to its old place. I don’t know what is causing so many bugs, but it really bothers me. I want to switch to a more stable application, as it should increase efficiency, not complicate life! ! addition: today all tasks were duplicated (deleted) and the originals were deleted along with the duplicates. I conclude that after six months nothing has changed, fix the bugs, woe to the developers...

  • Disappointed

I've been using it for a long time - most of all I liked the function of setting a task by voice. After the update, there is no microphone icon, you cannot set tasks using speech. There is no point in using it anymore(

  • Unable to view completed tasks

If you mark a task as completed, then in order to view information on it, all sorts of notes, you need to make it uncompleted again and then look at it. What nonsense?

  • There are no amenities

    From Vladis_b2000

When I scroll through the list of overdue tasks with my finger in the Calendar, sometimes they are crossed out, and then there is no place to restore them from. They do not appear in Completed Tasks. Fix it!!! I've been struggling with this for a long time

  • The best program

    From Vadim3000

The developers are geniuses, they did a great job

  • Not receiving task notifications

You create a task, set the Reminder time and that’s it, you forget about the task because it doesn’t remind you of anything. All notifications are enabled

  • Their development is lame on both legs

    From Blankov Vadim

They praise the calendar on their website, I needed a calendar. I paid for a month to try it out and... I didn’t get anything. The calendar is only available in the mobile version. They have an account on Uservoice, and if you take into account the time frame for accepting new ideas from users, as well as the time frame after acceptance into development, then the Any.do team are lazy. If the shortcomings are not corrected in a month, then you will have to look for a new scheduler. 1)Calendar - add it finally 2)Multiple reminders - because... I take pills 2 times a day and I need two reminders, not 2 tasks. Ideally, the same task will be displayed in the calendar as many times as there are reminders, so as not to multiply tasks. For example, I create a task “Take pills” with reminders at 9:00 and 21:00, and in the calendar this task is displayed as two identical ones, but at different times. 3) I want one task that repeats every day to be displayed on the calendar in advance, and not on the day of assignment. This way I will know my recurring schedule in advance. I hope the developers will do a development sprint and add these features.

  • No Russian keyboard

I've been using the application for a long time. After the update, the Russian keyboard disappeared. Reinstalled again. Problem solved. I really like Any.do. A very simple and useful application. I plan all my business there. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 thanks to the developers. My rating is 5. I recommend it to everyone.

  • No synchronization

    I have a friend's Samsung iPhone and we can't share to-do lists.

  • Super! Well-deserved 5 stars

    From Alexey04

Thank you for helping a forgetful slob like me become more organized!😃 I tried all the popular similar applications, but this was the only one that stuck on my phone. I use the free version, it’s enough for now. On the plus side - web version, iPad support, extension for Google Chrome - everything works with a bang without crashes. A pleasant and clear interface with fairly wide customization options (I like the view on the iPad most of all, where you can change the appearance of the speakers). In my opinion, there is no ideal task planner in nature, since everyone has a slightly different way of thinking and representing tasks in their heads. And the interface of each planner differs in the logic of setting tasks, etc. The vaunted Things 3 didn’t work out so well for me, although it is a high-quality application with a similar meaning. I would use the premium version if it were not provided by subscription, but as a separate paid application, I bought it once and that’s it.

  • App and siri support does not work with them

Support hasn't responded for a week... tell me, does anyone have Siri to find the app at all? It does not work for me.

  • The widget does not work correctly

First, I turned on synchronization with iPhone reminders - all the reminders began to be duplicated. Disabled all Notes remained. Remove them and they reappear. I noted that it was done, they still appear. Overall a so-so app

  • Disappointment

Used it for a long time. The latest update killed the software. Tasks are crossed out as completed simply when scrolling the list. This was the last straw.

  • Can't figure it out

  • Eh!!!🤷‍♂️

    From Bliznyuk

It was my favorite application for many years...with you for so many years, I recommended it to many people...but in the latest update they removed repetitive tasks, and I can’t live without them...unfortunately, I’ll probably have to look for a replacement(. Minus one a star for exactly that.

  • 👎🏼

    The application doesn't work!

  • Is this a bug?

    From russianvoodoo

For some reason "mark as complete" from notification options on the lockscreen now sends me to the app which wasn't the case not long time ago. I want to stay on lockscreen as it was in previous versions.

Convenient interface, navigation through the application and website.

All the necessary functions for everyday use are available.

Scheduling tasks is convenient and takes only a couple of minutes, which in other applications took up to 20 minutes.

Synchronization.

Selecting a theme.

Flexible settings.

Minuses

In principle, no disadvantages were found, maybe there is some minor disadvantage, but it is not significant and did not affect my choice of Any.do as the best application.

This service can be recommended to anyone who maintains a task list or uses reminders, who is interested in convenient management and ease of adding and editing tasks. One application is suitable for both business tasks and reminders, as well as everyday home ones. I have my own online store and when I need to process an order at another time, I simply add a “reminder” and it forces me to start processing on time. The overall impression of the service is 5/5, compared to other applications that are very similar, but one way or another, some function was missing for my needs. I recently switched to @Any.Do, but have already managed to appreciate all the advantages of the application and service, I have the full version, so pop-ups don’t bother me and I can easily not be distracted from adding tasks and reminders...

I also wanted to write about the shopping list that my wife uses, but this will turn out to be a long, long text, since she likes to use it when she buys everything she needs for her birthday or similar holiday.

Thanks to the owners of the service for the wonderful application.

You can easily add new tasks by simply dragging them onto the desired day using Drag-and-Drop technology. In order to mark the completion of a task, just run your finger over it, repeating the cross-out gesture. To clear your schedule of completed tasks, just shake the device. Any.DO is supported by any Android devices and provides instant synchronization between them. You can also import tasks from Google Task. Maintaining a to-do list is one of the most popular tasks that users perform using iPhone. Which is logical, since the iPhone is always at hand, writing down a new task and marking the completed one is not particularly difficult and does not take much time, and there are more than enough applications of this kind for every taste in the App Store. And yet, each of us comes to one particular tool and uses it. This is what happened to me with Any.Do as my main to-do list on my iPhone.

Before moving directly to the experience of using Any.Do, I’ll tell you about the applications that I used before. These are the most popular task lists Wunderlist and Clear - excellent programs that rightfully find their audience. But they didn't suit me. And that's why.

How I used Wunderlist and Clear before

Wunderlist is a very functional task list, available on all possible platforms, which is a big plus. However, greater functionality has left its mark on how convenient it is to use the application. This is not to say that Wunderlist is a terrible app in terms of usability. But relative to other programs, it can hardly be called convenient.

A huge plus of Wunderlist is the presence of a full-fledged client for OS X

When you don't use even half of the app's functions, you start to wonder - maybe you should try something else? I don't need shared to-do lists, notes, the ability to choose background backgrounds, or comments on tasks. One more thing - it seems to me that Wunderlist is more tailored to a large number of tasks and projects. With 5-6 projects and 20 tasks, Wunderlist seemed redundant to me.

In addition, when you add a lot of tasks to Wunderlist, it starts to slow down unpleasantly. And the outdated design in the skeuomorphism style does not look as convincing on iOS 7 as it used to on iOS 6. In general, I decided to try the other extreme called Clear.

But in Clear On the contrary, I did not have enough functionality. The absence of banal time reminders is quite critical for me, because such applications, in my opinion, should periodically remind you to complete tasks. Here everything is designed for the fact that you yourself constantly log into the application. But you can forget to do this - and then what?

Besides, Clear developers are very greedy people :-). They ask you to buy the iPhone version separately, the iPad version separately, and the Mac version separately. It seems to me that this is too much of a price to pay to easily maintain a to-do list on all devices.

330 rubles for the Mac version, 33 for the iPhone version + 169 for the iPad. The total is more than 500 rubles - won’t it be too much? :)

On the other hand, Clear has 2 huge advantages. Firstly, this is a clear priority of tasks. There is the most important task and the simplest one, the gradation between them is almost endless. You are not limited to the three standard priority levels: high, medium and low. The number of levels depends only on the number of tasks. And that's cool.

The second big plus is the design and interface. Whatever you say, he’s just great. Gesture controls, beautiful and simple color schemes, a design that blends harmoniously with iOS 7 - all this cannot but captivate.

Still, the lack of reminders was the moment that made me think about changing my planner again. And then I decided to try Any.Do.

Any.Do is a reasonable compromise between features and interface

And, as it turned out, not in vain. Any.Do does not have as many features as Wunderlist, and its interface is not as user-friendly as Clear. On the other hand, it has an optimal set of functions, its design matches iOS 7, and unlike Clear, it has time-based (+ geolocation) reminders.

Any.Do fully meets my requirements for this kind of application. It has lists, timed reminders, some kind of sorting of tasks by priority, a desktop Chrome application, which allows you to work with Any.Do both on a computer and on an iPhone.

Any.Do Chrome app on Mac

But the coolest feature of Any.Do is Moment. If you want to manage your affairs in a matter of seconds, then there is no more convenient thing than Any.Do Moment. Just press a button and manage all your tasks. Quickly mark completed tasks, reschedule, and delete. Everything is implemented very conveniently and after a minute your to-do list is in perfect order. In principle, you don’t even have to mark every task you complete, but simply use Any.Do Moment once a day and mark all completed tasks.

I like that Any.Do sorts tasks by due date and folders. This allows you to quickly assess the “situation” based on timing and “context”. That is, you can see how well you complete tasks on time and which projects perform best.

Any.Do has the ability to add tasks using your voice, as well as create tasks linked to location. I was also pleased that you can change the standard white theme to a dark one - in my opinion, it looks much better.

Overall, I'm happy with Any.Do. But there are a few things that, if corrected, Any.Do will become just the perfect task list for me.

  1. Clear priority of tasks. I really liked this feature in Clear. Still, the standard distinction between “ordinary task/important task” is not enough; it is much more convenient when you clearly see which task is the most important and which is the most optional. Still, urgency and importance are not always the same thing.
  2. Client for iPad and Mac. Of course, iPhone applications can easily run on the iPad, but the tablet’s workspace can certainly be used to much greater benefit if a special iPad application is developed. The same can be said about Any.Do on the desktop - of course, there is a Chrome application, but what to do, for example, if you installed Chrome just for one application?
  3. New task creation window. I am happy with everything in the current mode of adding tasks to Any.Do except for one point - all tasks automatically fall into the list that you specify by default. Too often, the tasks I add by context belong to different projects, and each time dragging tasks back and forth so that they are in the list in which they should be is not very convenient. It would be much better if, when creating a task, you could immediately indicate which project it should be moved to.
  4. Gamification. This wish is more of an entertainment wish, but it can really make using Any.Do more convenient and interesting. Why is each completed task marked with 1 point? I think if you did an urgent task with high priority, then you should "give" 3 points. For example, you can take Stephen Covey’s “task square” as a basis. You can also come up with a system with achievements, like in Foursquare, and come up with badges.

What's the result?

I'm glad that after a lot of wandering I found exactly the application that suits me best. I realized that to find the best tool for yourself, you need to try and search. And the most important thing is to formulate for yourself the tasks that the application should perform. Each of us has our own needs and requests, and almost certainly there is already an application in the App Store that is right for you. But there is no reason not to try starting with Any.Do.

For several years now, the Any.DO application has not left the leading position in the ranking of mobile applications for planning daily routines. Every day the program is improved in accordance with the needs of users, thanks to which its audience numbers in millions of people.
