I suggest light version new photoshop Adobe Photoshop 12 CS5 Extended RePack by MarioLast (06/03/2010). RePack means that this is an assembly, manuals, help, and things that you will never (almost) need are cut out. Therefore, the program weighs only 127 Mb. 3-D tools are present. In the next window, select the languages into which you are going to change the Photoshop interface. Since I have already installed English, I will choose Ukrainian as an example. Click Next.

The installation process has begun. We wait.

A success message will appear at the end of the installation. Uncheck "Run Photoshop". Click Finish.
Step 6
Now go to the program and select Editing - . Find UI Text Options and select the desired language from the drop-down list. After this, restart the program.
