1. The first thing you need to do is download Hl TagConverter.
2. Launch " HlTagConverter.exe"and a small window appears in front of us. The entire creation process is a step-by-step process.
3. Select a pre-prepared image for the future logo; to do this, click “ Open Image».

How to create a logo for KS
1) Download the archive with the program and unpack it.
2) Run the HLC.exe file and select the folder where your CS 1.6 is installed
3) After this, the main window of the Half-life Logo Creator program will open
4) Then click the Open button in the program and open your picture that you want to use as a logo.
5) When you open your picture, pay attention to the Total Pixels field in the Half-life Logo Creator program. If the picture is not selected in size, then it will be red and it will have the following value: >=12288 Pixels
6) We correct this error with the size. To do this, just click the Autosize button
7) After we have figured out the size of the logo, we need to save it. For this:
1. check the box for CounterStrike
2. check the Save it to box
3. Click the browse button.

11) Then go to the folder with CS 1.6 installed in the cstrike folder. In it we find the file pldecal.wad. Copy this file and paste it somewhere into another folder (for example, on your desktop). Rename it to tempdecal.wad and put it back in the cstrike folder. If there is already a file with the same name, then replace it. As a result, you should end up with 2 identical files in the cstrike folder only with different names pldecal And tempdecal.
12) Set these two files to Read Only attributes.
To do this, right-click on the file, select the “General” tab and check the “Read only” checkbox at the very bottom. Then click the “Apply” and “OK” buttons
13) If your CS 1.6 has folders: valve, valve_russian, cstrike_russian, then you need to copy these two files to these folders as well. You also need to delete the custom.hpk file. It may be in one of the folders listed above, or in the cstrike folder.

Launch HlTagConverter.exe:
