In order to improve the quality of medical care for the population, save time spent in queues at health care facilities, the administration Tyumen region access to the electronic registry website was provided, and a mobile application "Medicine 72" was developed for mobile devices on Android platform and iOS. These two methods of making an appointment with a doctor have replaced the iris 72 portal (iris72.ru).

First of all, after you get to the site, you need to log in. Authorization is possible in three ways:
- Through ESIA;
- Using SNILS;
- Using digital signature.

After selecting, a window will open where a detailed description of the service received will be given. In this window, click the “Get service” button.
In the next window, you must fill in the required fields marked with an asterisk, such as your policy number (which is entered from your profile) and date of birth. After this, by selecting a doctor, the date and time of the appointment, and confirming all this with the “Make an appointment” button in the next window, you can print out a coupon if necessary, cancel the appointment and perform other actions. At this point, the stage of making an appointment with a doctor via the Internet can be considered complete.
Making an appointment with a doctor through the "Medicine 72" application

Review: After update: ? When I log in through government services, I end up in someone else’s profile, with someone else’s phone number. ? thinks for a long time when logging in through the application account. After logging in, it doesn’t show the entries although they are there! ? When I try to add a doctor to the waiting list, I get an error 500? and nothing works at all. Review: Before certain point The app worked great and was very convenient. Recently, this is not an application, but some kind of misunderstanding, when I try to make an appointment with specialists, I get an appointment at the same hospital, but with children's doctors, although the system does not allow me to make an appointment, citing inappropriate age. Contacting support twice does not give any results, at least for me.

Review: Until recently there was a good application. But now it has lost all value - constant problems with connecting to the server, previously made appointments disappear (to the ophthalmologist at OKB 2), there is generally no available time to make an appointment with a therapist, pediatrician, or specialists. The electronic queue does not show the medical institution (despite the fact that I am registered with an endocrinologist, and my son with a nephrologist and neurologist, I make an appointment with them through a therapist/pediatrician, who also cannot be registered with, and in principle this is a real waste of time ((( (now he doesn’t see my policy yet. He says there’s nothing like it in the database.
