Level 1 cache (L1)

Cache memory is used by the processor to reduce access time to more frequently used data and instructions. L1 (level 1) cache is small in size and works much faster as system memory, and other levels of cache memory. If the processor does not find the requested data in L1, it continues to look for it in the L2 cache. On some processors, this search is performed simultaneously in L1 and L2.

32 kB + 32 kB (kilobytes)
Level 2 cache (L2)

L2 (level 2) cache is slower than L1 cache, but in return it has a higher capacity, allowing it to cache more data. It, like L1, is much faster than system memory (RAM). If the processor does not find the requested data in L2, it continues to look for it in the L3 cache (if available) or in RAM memory.

Excellent display, the picture quality is simply amazing...) It’s convenient to surf the Internet (so what if there’s no flash, it’s still cool)...) It plays music very well, even though it’s mono, but I’m not a particular connoisseur, so for me quite suitable) Well, perhaps we should also mention the battery - it really holds a charge for a long time)

Large and sensitive screen with multi-touch (and moderately sensitive), powerful Wi-Fi, convenient browser, auto-rotate (you can even hold it upside down), strong (the screen too), convenient Mail program, it’s a pity it doesn’t work well with Yandex, pretty fast Rechargeable, thin, just a pleasure to use. With iOS 5 - just the BOMB! Although the device is not entirely new, everything just flies (as always :-))

    1) iTunes (iPod) is an under-iPod that retains all the disadvantages of iTunes. You can’t put a rating, you can’t look at the information, you can’t change it, you can’t delete it!! solid fences!
    2) Safari/flash: Uploading to the Internet, downloading from the Internet is always a problem. After using FireFox on the computer, it also appears to be an under-browser! The lack of flash is a big minus: half of all videos and almost all music from the Internet are not available
    3) Lack of support for video/audio formats: As for VIDEO, this is partly solved by purchasing OPlayer for $5, which reads absolutely all formats, but don’t think that it plays them all perfectly, it doesn’t. Often there are problems with sound out of sync for about half a second or a second. AUDIO: reads mp3, wma, m4a formats... so if you need anything else, please! - convert for health)! Of course not

No Flash!!! Surfing the Internet is becoming, to put it mildly, sad... Everywhere on your favorite sites there is a stupid face and a request to update the player. But you can’t update it on a tablet. You can't download anything from the Internet, neither music nor videos. The flash drive cannot be connected. Transmit large files It is not possible through mail. It is impossible to receive and transmit files via Bluetooth; the device simply does not see phones of other brands. Everything is downloaded ONLY through iTunes, and only what is in the store. This is inconveniently crazy, you just have to lose folders on the PS (or change the system on your computer), and your tablet becomes pristine. You can’t watch a video in a regular format, you need to look for a converter, do a bunch of manipulations, and only after that, transfer it to the tablet via Tunes. Well, why do I need all this???? Frankly, I'm disappointed

Hi all! Today we received the Apple iPad 32GB Wi-Fi model for review, and we will briefly tell you about it. First we will look at all the characteristics, and only then we will compare it a little with other models.

Characteristics

It is considered a regular model and, by the way, costs the least - 24,500 rubles. It has a screen resolution of 2048x1536 pixels, even more than on my monitor. Inside there is a powerful PowerVR GT7600 Plus processor. Not all known WiFi standards work: 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz. This means those that are most often used at home.

There is a 3.5 mm mini-jack headphone jack. If you take a similar model with support for LTE, 3G, 4G mobile Internet and communications, then the model will cost 8,000 - 10,000 rubles more. So here you need to clarify in advance the equipment you need. Inside there is a powerful 8827 mAh battery, which can work at full load for up to 10 hours in a row.

Analysis and personal review

And so the cheapest package comes with 32 GB of memory and without the Cellular module, that is, it will not support a SIM card, and you can only access the Internet via Wi-Fi. You can also buy more memory – 128 GB, but then the model will cost from 32,000 rubles. When purchasing an iPad with mobile Internet support, the price increases from 25,500 to 35,000 rubles. Honestly, I don’t even understand why the price increases so much when adding a module.

Inside there is a good and high-quality camera that allows you to take excellent and beautiful photographs. But if you still choose a model with 32 GB of memory, then most likely you will constantly miss it, since the camera shoots in wide resolution. Therefore, I would still advise taking 128 GB for the tablet.

Now about performance testing. In the Antutu test, the model scored 206,745 points, which is quite good. The test of the central processor has the highest scores - 89500. Therefore, you can safely take it and it will be in service for many years.

Now many will ask - why are there no Air and Mini models in the review? – the fact is that these tablets have memory sizes starting from 64 GB. It’s pointless to talk about the Pro version, since the initial memory starts at 128 GB and they cost almost twice as much.

I’ll add on my own that I really like the device: it’s nimble, fast and works reliably. No freezes and operating iOS system still remains the most optimized and fastest. That is, you can safely take the iPad for 5-7 years, since the processor power will be enough for many more years.

REQUEST! Dear readers, write your opinion on this model. It will be useful to get feedback from real users. Write some positive and negative points about this iPad model in the comments below.
