    Fault messages

    1. Water supply system malfunction(message E1).
      The message appears if, when filling water, the change in the carrier frequency of the water level sensor does not exceed 50 Hz or if set level water is not reached for at least 20 minutes. To reset the message, turn off the machine using the ON/OFF button and turn it on again.
    2. Malfunction of the water drainage system (E2).
      The message appears if, at the beginning of the laundry load imbalance detection cycle in the drum, the carrier frequency is less than or equal to 25.3 kHz. To reset the message, turn off the machine using the ON/OFF button and turn it on again.
    3. Overflow (EZ).
      The message appears when the water level in the tank is too high, which corresponds to a carrier frequency value of the level sensor of 22.4 kHz or higher. Reset is performed using the CL button. If the carrier frequency exceeds 25.24 kHz, the water is forced to drain for 2 minutes.
    4. Hatch door open (dE).
      To cancel the message, close the hatch door.
    5. Imbalance of laundry in the drum (E4).
      To reset the message, turn off the machine using the ON/OFF button and turn it on again.
    6. Heating element malfunction (E5 and E6).
      The message appears when, after turning on the heating element, the water temperature changes by more than 40°C within 5 minutes, or changes by less than 2°C within 10 minutes. Reset is performed using the ON/OFF button.
    7. Malfunction of the level relay (E7).
      Abnormal values ​​of the carrier frequency of the level sensor are considered to be values ​​of 30.00 kHz ( top level water fill) and 15.00 kHz (lower level). A malfunction is considered when one of these frequency values ​​persists for 5 seconds or longer. When this malfunction occurs, the drain is turned on for 3 minutes, after which the drain pump is turned off and a fault message appears on the display.
    8. Abnormal temperature values ​​(E8).
      Values ​​considered abnormal are 60°C or more for synthetic fabrics, 45°C or more for delicate fabrics, 45°C or more for wool. If, when pouring water into the tank, the water temperature is abnormal, force the water to drain for 2 minutes (as if it was overflowing).

    5 The drum does not rotate during washing. Check that the drive belt is installed correctly.

    Check the integrity of the rotor, stator and tachogenerator windings of the electric motor, as well as the fuse.

    6 When washing, the drum rotates in only one direction. The control board is faulty.

    Replace the control board.

    7 Bad drain. Check for kinks in the drain hose, the integrity of the drain pump winding, and clean the drain pump filter.

    If all these parameters are normal, replace the control board.

    8 Bad spin. Imbalance of laundry in the drum.

    9 Increased noise during spinning. Check the tension of the drive belt.

    Check that the shipping fasteners have been removed.

    In our apartment, in the kitchen, there is a built-in Neff dishwasher. And as you understand, dismantling and delivering it to a repair shop would take a lot of time and effort. Therefore, we invited the master of this service center with home renovation. The car served us without interruption for three years, but still, the time came when it required repairs. All the problems were with water quality. It was because of her that the car failed. The technician advised us to install an additional filter, especially for the dishwasher. And in the future there will be no more such problems. I also really liked that before arriving, the repairman asked about the model of the car and what happened to it during the breakdown. This gave him the opportunity to take all the necessary parts with him at once and carry out repairs on the spot. I am very pleased with the repair and the technician who did it.

    We have a very small family, there are only two people in it, and a dishwasher Bosch machine also compact in size. This equipment served us every day for 8 years without any breakdowns or complaints. But there came a time when it simply stopped working. Before going to work, I called the repair shop and agreed that I would bring them a dishwasher for repair. They didn't even ask the model, they just agreed to do everything.
