To conclude an agreement, you must contact the TEZ TOUR representative in your region.

Regions not marked on the map enter into an agreement with the Moscow office.
The contract with TEZ TOUR is concluded for a period of June 1st By May 31 every year. If the contract is concluded after June 1, its validity period begins from the date of signing. The agreement does not provide for prolongation after its expiration.
The agreement is not accepted by fax or e-mail and is considered concluded only after registration original contracts in the TEZ TOUR company database.
Reservations will not be accepted without a valid contract.
Gaining access to the online booking system
To receive a login and password, you must send a request to the address, indicating the number of the current contract.
The data is sent to the e-mail specified in the Agreement.

Receiving a signed contract
Both copies of the agreement remain for signing at TEZ TOUR for a period of 10 working days.
Moscow agencies can receive their copy of the agreement at the office on Gazetny Lane. after assigning the status to the contract "Signed".

To receive the contract, you must provide it number and have with you passport.

Moscow region and regional agencies their copy of the agreement will be sent by Russian Post.
Power of attorney for the right to sign an agreement
If the agreement is not signed by the sole executive body on the basis of the Charter, the agreement must be executed on behalf of an authorized person acting on the basis of a power of attorney (indicating its number and date of issue).
Requirements for issuing a power of attorney:
- place of execution of the act of trust;
- date of commission (day, month, year) in words;
- Full Name individuals(representative and represented), their dates of birth and place of permanent residence, details of documents proving their identity;
- full name of the legal entity, information about it state registration, TIN, legal address and actual location;
- scope of powers of the representative;
- the period for which the power of attorney is issued;
- signature of the person issuing the power of attorney;
- representative's signature.
The following are accepted for consideration:
- a copy certified by the seal of a legal entity and the signature of the principal with the decoding of the full name and “the copy is correct”;
- notarized copy;
- original.
