List of card templates
The Outpost Pass program has a built-in template editor in which the user creates appearance cards.
The user specifies the location of the required data about the employee on the card layout, after which, when selecting the “Issue card to employee” command, all his data is automatically transferred to the selected card layout.
Drawing the background (the artistic part of the layout) can be designed in any graphic editor by the designer and inserted into the template as a single drawing graphic file. Or any ready-made graphic image can be used as a background.
Printing cards
When printing cards in the client list, each individual client or group of clients can be assigned any of the available card templates (layouts).
To print a map, just click the "Print" button in the main program window.
Please note that it is possible to print both individual cards and groups of cards at the touch of a button.
Moreover, you can print on an A4 sheet on a regular inkjet printer. The program automatically places the cards on the sheet and after printing all you have to do is cut them out and stick them on the cards. This is convenient, since not every organization has the opportunity to purchase an expensive sublimation printer for printing on cards.
The Forpost-Pass program is compatible with any printers for printing on plastic cards (Fargo, Eltron (Zebra), DataCard, Evolis, etc.)
The only thing is that the program does not support such functions of sublimation printers as automatic two-sided printing, barcode printing, magnetic stripe programming, printing of “protective” images and other special functions of some printers. You can do all this only through the printer driver or the included/sold separately special software.

For example, there are situations: the layout of the pass, the company logo changes, or there is a need to add a new field to the card layout, etc. What is done in a normal situation? Each card layout for each employee must be retyped or edited. What if there are thousands of employees??? This is a huge monotonous work.

Creating graphic objects
The Document Designer software does not have drawing tools. There is only an import function finished image to the card template.
