Let's start analyzing the service with . This is definitely not what you expect from the guys who made the call back.

But the company describes its development as: “The first CRM system that does not require training for sales managers.”

And again there was a whiff of pathos and narcissism, rather than objectivity. And ours obviously won’t agree with this.

Perhaps in Moscow and St. Petersburg there is no need to train managers to use CRM, but in regions where they cannot memorize 2 pages, this is clearly indispensable.

The only and significant difference is that in the online consultant you cannot perform any click actions other than opening the chat itself.

9. Multibutton

A multi-button is something in which you can hide all the previous widgets, sort of pack them. In principle, it can work on sites with a lot of work on the screen.

You press the button and a menu opens of what you can do: write, order a call back, etc.

For a multi-button you can change appearance, configure certain scripts according to your wishes.

It's quite convenient. When you press the button of an online consultant and can write using various instant messengers or social networks.

As they say, this is already a must have for a decent website and a decent online consultant. But here the creators went a little further, since you can also put various links into it (for example, site navigation).

This helped them grow from a regular call back service to functional constructor, which can really increase sales if you use these tools wisely.

However, I always strongly doubt the promises on the site in the style of “install this widget in just 2 minutes.”

You can install it, but configuration and integration into the site, for example, choosing widget designs to match the color, will take some time.

In addition, this service is ideal for simple businesses and not the most expensive goods - services, b2c or a light online store. To make it clear why this is so, I have collected all the pros and cons in one place.

Pros of the service:

  • Availability of a large number of tools;
  • Such services are on the way;
  • The call back and online consultant are free;
  • Paid services can be tried for free from 7 to 14 days;
  • Inexpensive cost of widgets;
  • Prompt work with users, problems are solved on weekends and holidays;
  • Free assistance in installing a widget or CRM;
  • Lots of positive feedback.

Minuses :

  • Not the most stunning design;
  • Most services are paid;
  • Prices are average for the market and become cheap only if you buy services “en masse”;
  • Services such as multibutton and quizzes, although free, are pointless to launch them without using other Envybox tools;
  • CRM Envybox does not have email newsletters and a number of marketing tools;

I think you noticed a little sarcasm in the article. Namely about reviews. That this is both a plus and a minus. This is indeed true.

Envybox is probably one of the services for which I saw so many reviews when writing a review.

And I wouldn't be surprised if most of them were bad. But no. 95% of the reviews are only good. And this gives rise to suspicion.

But it's up to you to decide. Maybe it's just my suspicion that on the Internet, if everything is good, then it's a catch.

Most likely, you’ll just play around with them all, but settle on a couple of basic ones, which you will use in the future.
