Authorization via Microsoft account
If you can’t log in, make sure that the panel for logging into the Microsoft service is open in the messenger (its shape is different from the Skype panel).
If another form is open in the application window, click the “Log in with a different account” option at the bottom. And enter your Microsoft profile login and password again.
If your login attempt is unsuccessful after completing these steps, log in to https://account.live.com/ (company’s website) to find out why the blocking occurs. Then go to the access recovery page, indicate in the list the problematic situation you are encountering (example: “I know my password, but I can’t log in”). Click “Next” and carefully follow the site’s instructions to change/recover your password.
Login via Facebook account
Skype service support is not responsible for problems associated with authorization on the social network.
You must reset your password directly from Facebook.
1. Open the page - https://www.facebook.com/login/identify?ctx=recover.
2. Enter the mobile number or email specified in your personal profile.

Enter the following data: your login, settlement data for any of the transactions on Skype over the last 6 months (user's first and last name, country and order number or data credit card, which was used for payment). This option will work if you have topped up your balance within 6 months.
