The objections to this attitude are understandable, but for me it does not matter. The Apple mouse will last up to one month on a single battery charge, so charging is generally not a problem. Getting rid of physically short battery life is very important to me. Apple says charging the mouse for 2 minutes gives it up to 9 hours of use. It's the same as going to the toilet during a break at work. I think this will not cause much damage to comfortable work. On the other hand, a full charge takes about 1 hour. And by putting the mouse to charge during lunch, you eliminate the possibility of doing short recharges while working.
