Transfer of funds between Beeline operator phones
To transfer money between phones within the Beeline network, there is special service from Beeline, which is called “ Mobile transfer" It's easy to use, but there are quite a few limitations.
The main condition for using this service is that you must spend 150 rubles on communication services as a Beeline subscriber. Those. After each transfer, at least 60 rubles must remain in your account.

You cannot use the service if you have not yet spent 150 rubles on Beeline communication services.
These are not small restrictions set in Beeline. Compared to MTS, the restrictions, in my opinion, are much more severe :)
Transferring funds from Beeline phones to phones of other mobile operators
