Like any control, a computer mouse is universal in use by anyone. However, in some cases it is necessary to “adjust” the parameters based on the user’s preferences. Some people prefer high cursor sensitivity, while others prefer a non-standard pointer. These and other parameters are configurable basic means Windows.
