Error code 911

You can't download the app.

Solution:
First, try clearing your Google services data. If this does not work, then try downloading the program by connecting to another Wi-Fi networks. You can also try downloading it using your mobile data.

Error code 920

The program or game cannot be downloaded.

Solution:
Turn Wi-Fi off and on, then try installing the app again. Clear Google Play Store data, remove updates, and restart your device.
