How to disable
For subscribers who decide to take advantage of a more profitable solution, it is better to disable the option for calls within the country. To deactivate you need:
- Use the USSD command “*105*0080*0#”;
- Disable the option in your personal account;
- Call the customer service center at “0500”;
- Visit a communication salon. Company representatives will help you deactivate the package.
Disabling the service will take no more than 5 minutes. Confirmation of package deactivation can be viewed in the incoming SMS.
Who is it suitable for?
