The most interesting thing is that these two traffic exchange points are not connected to each other. Traffic between two exchange points is sent through a completely different country - through Germany. In my opinion, this was done very irrationally. But with very low standard values, it will still not be convenient to play, since shooting accuracy and scoring in the Counter-Strike game may depend on these parameters.
